2. How to Initiate a Return To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team through our "Contact Us" page with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping Costs Unless the product is defective or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the product, as TradeXperts is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund (minus return shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to help expedite the process.

7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

8. International Returns For international customers, the same return policy applies.
